If you would like to return any item(s), please let us know via the ‘Contact Us’ link and we will provide the return address. Please send items back to us unused within 14 days of receipt.
Please include your name, address and original order number in the package, along with details of the required exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage, however if an exchange is required, no additional postage will be charged for the replacement item.
If you would like a refund, please let us know the reason, as this helps us to ensure we are continually improving our products. If the item is returned after 14 days of receipt, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund.
